ACFTA for Indonesia as an opportunity or an obstacles

Have been running for nearly three (3) months from the agreement China Asean Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) agreed to place among the Asean countries including Indonesia and China government on 01 January 2010.
Instead of that agreement led to unrest from small and medium enterprises (UKM) in the country who are afraid to not be able to compete with products from China that have flooded the market more and more starting from the simplest product of children's toys, textiles and clothing, until multimedia and electronic products like mobile phones, computer hardware, laptops, monitors, televisions, and various other products that are no longer counted in number and everything can be obtained at a cheap price so affordable by middle income people down. Talking about the quality of the products from China is not all good because there are bad too for some products, but consumers (not all) still have a "price-oriented" in their shopping behavior and not the "quality-oriented" they did.
Maybe not wrong to say that our country is still not fully ready yet for the ACFTA and countries will face not only China but all the Asean countries. One important factor that makes us not ready is a problem of infrastructure such as electricity, clean water, and roads as an example because it is still not optimal (electricity is still often flame - off). In such circumstances the impact of receiving the entrepreneurs and actors in the UKM sector (Small and Medium Enterprises) that will not be able to compete because the cost of production is high caused by the row material prices more expensive and why it is making the selling price to consumers will also be high and yet the planned from PLN (Indonesia Power or electricity) will re-raise the Electricity Basic Tariff (TDL) in July 2010. High cost of row material caused by many factors such as distribution link, cost for labor, and many others.
Opportunity is in front of the government if we are able to prepare and provide a solid foundation for business to enable them to compete on the open market through enhanced product quality and price so that exports can be increased and the 'Investment Grade "of Indonesia will also grow up. However, these opportunities will turn into a deadly obstacle for the"business tree" in the homeland if the government is not able to provide solutions to many problems being faced by the business well in advance so that the problem ACFTA imposed on the problem does not occur, because the great influence that will emerged as unemployment increases.
